He invited young people and those interested in the field of short films, from individuals and national and Gulf institutions, to participate in this pioneering experience, which constitutes a new addition within the development path of The Yusuf Bin Ahmed Kanoo Award, for supporting and assisting the youth creativity in the Council countries.
The Board approved the advertising and media plan for this Competition, which will begin, God willing, in the fourth week of April 2016, and three prizes were allocated to the winners in this field as follows: the First Prize is 10,000 dollars, the Second Prize is 7,000 dollars, and the Third Prize is 5,000 dollars, as well as a Certificate of Appreciation for the winners.
HE the Chairman of the Board of Trustees Mr Khalid Mohamed Kanoo, wished success for all these distinguished creative initiatives and projects and to raise the level of this pioneering live art by using the latest techniques and new advanced technology to win the Award.
